I’m Thibault Simonetto, an ML Engineer specializing in AI robustness, software engineering, and distributed systems, currently seeking my next opportunity. I have experience leading industry collaborations, delivering scalable machine-learning solutions, supervising researchers, and managing end-to-end ML infrastructure.

My work focuses on trustworthy AI evaluation, adversarial robustness, concept drift, and building large-scale experimental pipelines to ensure AI systems are reliable, secure, and robust in real-world settings. I am passionate about turning cutting-edge AI research into practical, impactful solutions.

I led the development of A4S, a national AI trustworthiness sandbox and key software pillar of the Luxembourg AI Factory, integrating my prior research as metrics to evaluate AI models. The platform was designed for real-world deployment and regulatory alignment, including compliance with the EU AI Act.
